Parents

Flower City Work Camp is a great opportunity for your teen to serve God in a very practical way, while also being challenged and strengthened in his or her own relationship with Jesus Christ.

We encourage you as parents to be aware of the dates and deadlines noted below and to carefully review the student application materials with your teen before submitting them to your church youth leader. You are responsible for signing the Release Form that is a required part of the application and for going over the Work Camp Rules with your student before both of you sign to acknowledge that you have read and understand the rules. We take these rules seriously as they enable us to promote a safe, Godly environment at Home Base and enhance the missions experience that is Flower City Work Camp.

To be eligible to participate in Flower City Work Camp 2007 your teen must:

Be in Grade 7 through 12
Regularly attend youth group at a church that has signed up to participate in Work Camp 2007 (Not sure? Ask your youth leader!)
Attend one of the pre-application meetings (dates below)
Submit a complete student application to your youth leader
Commit to serve God with all his or her heart, soul, mind and strength at Work Camp 2007
