Work Site Leader Information

Participating churches are required to send Work Site Leaders to Work Camp in order to have students participate. A Work Site Leader guides and directs the activities of 8 –10 students on a Work Site during the three working days of Work Camp. Work Site Leaders must also do the pre-Work Camp preparatory work of visiting their assigned work to make contact with the homeowner, see what work needs to be done, plan the work, and contact their assigned students prior to Work Camp. During the week of Work Camp, teams of Site Leaders (3-4 per site) guide and direct the students in the work and manage the site. Work Site Leaders with home repair skills are a plus, but anyone with a heart for teenagers and for ministry is eligible. Work Site Leaders must be available the Monday night of Work Camp and all day Tuesday through Thursday. Application required (deadline: December 31). Application
