Church Reps, we are launching our planning effort for FCWC18 and below is all the information you need on mandatory meeting dates.  Please update your calendars because your attendance in necessary for Camp to run smoothly.  See you all there!

• September 13th – 11am – New Church Orientation: Churches who haven’t participated before and are planning on attending or exploring FCWC should plan on attending this special session (and stay for noon meeting)
• September 13th – 12pm – All Church Reps Meeting
• October 11th – 12pm – All Church Reps Meeting (Church Applications Due)
• November 8th – 12pm – All Church Reps Meeting
• December 13th – 12pm – All Church Reps Meeting (Req’d Adult Applications Due)
• January 10th – 12pm – All Church Reps Meeting
• February 7th – 12pm – All Church Reps Meeting
• March 7th – 12pm – All Church Reps Meeting

All Meetings are hosted by Hope Lutheran Church (Room 100) at 1301 Vintage Ln, Rochester, NY 14626.
